When it comes to nutrition these days most everyone is jumping on the bandwagon. Desiring a healthy body and a feeling of well being is our ultimate goal and for some of us loosing a few pounds along the way would be a added bonus. We go out and purchase gym memberships, begin jogging or walking for those of us who must take it slowly. We eat more fruits and veggies, decreasing the amount of soda and caffeine from our diet and choosing water instead as the nutritionist strongly suggests. So when it comes to choosing our soul mate shouldn't we be just as visual? Mapping out a plan, taking precautions by gathering information and giving extra attention to the person's character, moral, and integrity. Or do we just throw caution to the wind and hope love conquers all?  Isn't like stuffing our faces with cookies, cakes and pies hoping not to gain weight and risking damage to our health? Finding out if our future soul mate would be good for us emotionally by bringing into our lives a big dose of happiness, a refreshing drink of loyalty, and a hearty serving of commitment is the most important thing we can do for our mental health. If we would just take the same approach as we do in taking care of our physical bodies our mental status would be just as healthy.
